Here at TBS Amwell we value the environment. So we go to great lengths to help protect it.
All our veneer-based products are FSC® certified, which means our wood comes from sustainable forests. It also means we support the local communities that depend on them. Naturally, we do this because it’s important to both ourselves and our clients. But most of all, because it’s important to the world we live and we have an environmental responsibility which we take very seriously.
Sustainably sourcing our wood is just the start. We’re constantly looking for new ways to reduce the impact we make. Like burning our waste offcuts to heat our factory and help reduce our use of fossil fuels. Or by investing in our own on-site biomass burner enabling us to put an end to our landfill use altogether.
We’ve also installed video conferencing technology at all our sites to allow meetings to be held without the need for travel. Just another way to show that a quality washroom doesn’t have to cost the earth.
